Is there a setup fee?
No. BuilderMaxPro has zero setup fees. Sign up, verify your phone number, and start your free trial. Enterprise trial includes guided onboarding and may require a kickoff call; optional onboarding support for other plans is scope-based.
What's the optional onboarding package?
Optional onboarding is scope-based. It can include data import help, workflow configuration, and a kickoff setup call based on your company's needs. We'll confirm scope and pricing before work begins.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with access to the features in your tier. We require a verified phone number to start — no Google Voice or VoIP numbers. Enterprise onboarding may include a guided kickoff call.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade, and changes are applied to the next billing cycle under your billing terms.
What if I have more than 5 team members?
Enterprise includes 15 team members by default, and you can add seats as needed. If you're on Pro and need more than 5, add-on seats are $18/user/month, or you can upgrade to Enterprise for larger baseline capacity.
Are projects, estimates, and storage really expandable?
Yes. Each plan has defined base caps. Storage add-ons are available, and seat/project expansion is available where your plan allows it. See plan allocation terms.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Current annual pricing is shown as 20% savings versus monthly rates.
How does the business website add-on work?
Pro and Enterprise can include a partner-built single-page website setup (logo, colors, services, and contact info). Site build and hosting are paid separately under Forza Veloce terms, with final scope and pricing confirmed before launch. Multi-page, SEO, and custom design upgrades are separate add-ons. Is my data secure?
BuilderMaxPro uses encryption in transit and at rest, plus routine backups. Data export options are available based on your plan and current tooling.
